New York, May 1, 2025 — AimStar Capital Group is proud to announce its role in supporting the successful NASDAQ listing of Skycorp, a high-tech enterprise specialized in solar PV technologies from China. This milestone marks another significant achievement for AimStar, who led the due diligence and valuation efforts during the company’s preparation for its Initial Public Offering on Nasdaq.
To commemorate the occasion, Millie Pu and Chantelle Xiang, from AimStar’s Private Wealth team, attended the official NASDAQ bell ringing ceremony of Skycorp in New York on May 1. Their presence underscored the strong collaboration between AimStar and the underwriter, Cathay Securities, as well as the listed company during the entire process.
