JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for establishing client relationships, introducing clients to our range of financial products and services, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the financial investment field, excellent communication skills, and a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

This is a Hybrid role with flexible work arrangements, including remote work options, offered through AimStar Capital Group Inc. and AimStar Insurance, with the option to work from either AimStar Markham or Vancouver office.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishing connections with potential clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Introducing clients to the company’s range of financial products and services.
  • Assisting clients in completing financial transactions and handling related documentation and procedures.
  • Following up with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, providing ongoing support and assistance.
  • Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the company’s business development.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong interest and passion for the financial investment field.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials (WME), or life license (LLQP) licensing.
  • Excellent communication skills and sales techniques.
  • Strong customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a remote work environment.
  • Relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Additional pay: Commission pay

Experience: business development or sales: 2 years (preferred)
