Strategic Leadership: Play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on financial business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes. Analyze competitors’ financial products and services. Identify potential business opportunities and risks within the financial sector.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans for our financial products and services. Collaborate with senior management to set financial business development goals. Evaluate and recommend adjustments to financial strategies based on market conditions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional partners, and stakeholders. Understand clients’ financial needs and offer tailored solutions. Provide financial advice and guidance to clients.
Sales Management: Drive the sales of financial products and services, such as investment products, insurance, and wealth management. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for financial offerings.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including risk management, compliance, and finance. Communicate financial business development objectives and results to senior management. Provide regular updates on market trends and competitive activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
Comfort with MS office suite and ability to learn new systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards common goals.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find innovative solutions.
Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products, ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Strong teamwork and self-motivation, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preference
2 or more years of business development or sales experience.
CSC, CPH, WME, or LLQP would be an asset.
Bilingual in both English and Chinese will be an asset.
